Touch Drawing by Victoria

"Once we allow our own
authentic images to come forth onto the
paper we can then explore their story.
They are our messengers,
angels, and guides.
They inform us of our truth."

When speaking of Expressive Art as a Pathway to Authentic Inquiry, Victoria believes that the process of art making takes us into a deep inner authentic place. This art process enables us to go within and tap into a deep inner well, a holding place, where we store all that we have been and all that we are. There lives within each of us an inner wisdom, a pureness of human knowledge, that when allowed to come out emerges by way of our own unique images. These images can then be given a voice and their story or message revealed.  This voice validates their existence. Once validation takes place, we gain a new insight or awareness of self. With this new information we can then work on ways to heal, shift, transform, release, awaken, and/or enable that part or parts of us discovered.
